The Big 2-7!

Over Labor Day Weekend, I celebrated my 27th birthday. My mom and sister-in-law, Lena, came up to spend part of the weekend with my while Clay went to Auburn for the game. We had the BEST time! They both came to Birmingham on Friday night so that we could get started whenever we were ready on Saturday. Our motto for the weekend was "No Stress." We were going to do whatever we wanted, whenever we wanted.

Saturday morning we went over to Harpersville to the Morgan Creek winery. The weather was gorgeous and we enjoyed walking around the grounds, sampling the wine, and having a little picnic. After the winery, we did a little shopping before returning home to watch the Auburn game. We had so much fun and I'm so glad that we were able to have some "girl time." I have pictures, but of course they are at home....

On Monday (Labor Day and my actual birthday), my sweet husband took me to lunch and to do a little shopping. That night, Julie and Nick had us over for dinner. We had so much fun. Dinner was filled with all of my favorites, steak kabobs, Julie's delicious "mashed bake", salad, wine, and an ice-cream cake for dessert. So yummy! Here are a few pictures....
